Other things to note A few things to note when staying with us for more than one month: - A subtenancy agreement, renter's insurance agreement (for long-term stays) must be signed before check-in - All tenants must provide rental application details, renter's insurance, and copy of government-issued ID - A professional team will be assigned once in a while to clean our shared spaces including kitchens, living rooms, and shared bathrooms. We help you keep common spaces nice and tidy for everyone who shares there. Furthermore, we encourage tenants to have at least 2 hours of weekly chores to maintain the common areas clean and organized Our homes are available for booking on a 14-day minimum rental period.
