Our cozy and modern apartments, housed in a beautifully renovated building, are just across from Tallinn University in the bustling downtown area. Everything you need is within walking distance – the city center, cultural spots, and the lovely Kadriorg Park. Plus, our convenient location ensures a smooth connection to Tallinn's Old Town, the airport, and the harbor. Your comfy and centrally located haven awaits! The space Welcome to our studio apartment! Here's what you get: NEW! We now have a comfy bed (instead of sofa-bed). Private Balcony: Enjoy a courtyard view from your own balcony. Fully Equipped: Everything you need is here – a kitchenette with kitchenware, dining table, high-speed WiFi, flat-screen TV, sitting area, ceiling fan, ironing facilities, and more. Comfy Bedding: We've got your back – towels and bed linen are provided. Bathroom Essentials: Freshen up in the bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and hand and body wash facilities. Compact and Cozy: The total space is twelve square meters – your perfect little haven. Guest access All our guests can access for free: - 24/7 Gym in the same building - Shared roof terrace on 5th floor - Laundry room - Storage room for bikes - Storage room for luggage outside check-in/out time Other things to note Door Code System: No need to worry about keys! We've got a door code system. You'll receive all the information one day before your check-in. Kitchen: Your kitchenette is equipped with an induction cooking range, microwave, and fridge – everything you need for a comfortable stay. Trash/Rubbish: Need to toss something out? Head to the waste area behind the building. Just go around the right side, and you'll find garbage containers. Laundry: On the ground floor, you'll find a washing machine and dryer, free for our guests. Don't forget to bring your detergent. Fitness: Feel like a workout? The indoor gym is at your disposal anytime – and it's free for our guests. Smoking: Please note that our house is smoke-free. Smoking is not allowed on the balcony or terrace. If you need a smoke break, feel free to step outside into the backyard. Parking: For convenient parking nearby, it's 7€ for 24 hours. I'll provide all the necessary information upon your arrival.
