The cosy double bedroom offers high quality thread count bed linen and luxury towels. Next to the bedroom is a fitted family bathroom with an L shaped shower bath and heated towel rail. There is central heating throughout for those chilly days. Venture upstairs to the spacious mezzanine master bedroom with King size low loft bed, luxury high thread count bed linen & towels with an ensuite shower room. The relaxing seating area opens onto the south facing veranda. Watch the sunrise with a cup of tea or sit and marvel at the breathtaking views. If required a single Futon sofa chair bed for an adult / child can also be used. The enclosed private garden has a barbecue & selection of garden furniture. Here you can sit & enjoy the lovely views across to Breedon hill or pick the seasonal fruits ( plums and apples ). The Malvern hills A.O.N.B broaden beyond the hills themselves reaching from Knightwick to Bromsberrow and from Ledbury to Welland totalling some 105 square kilometres. There are many walks to appeal to all. Short walks from the door pass through farmland with St Wulstan's nature reserve only 15 mins away without touching a road. If you set off to the South and cross by the pub you will find Castlemorton common where you can roam as far and wide as you please even accessing the Malvern hills up to British Camp an Iron Age hill fort without using your car ,providing numerous routes of varying lengths with the opportunities for an afternoon tea, ice cream or beer en route. With views in every direction from the tops are outstanding and not to be missed. You can see how Tolkien got his idea for Middle Earth from here.If you come in early May a must visit to see the Bluebells on Jubilee Drive stopping further on to collect from the famous Malvern spring water from Evendene Spring Jubilee drive. Situated a few minutes away from the centre of Great Malvern on the border of Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire you will not be short of things to do here. There's the Three Counties Show with its many different trade, crafts, agricultural and the famous RHS Flower Shows running throughout the year. The beautiful Worcestershire riverside town of Upton Upon Severn is 3 miles from here and holds folk, Jazz, Livestock festivals throughout the Summer. The historical market town of Ledbury is only 5 miles to the West and Cheltenham provides a more bustling town with numerous high class shops, eateries and of course Cheltenham Races. Eastnor Castle has family entertainment on many weekends as well as walks around the lake and maze, and the Landrover testing tracks are assessed from here where you can spend a day off-roading (booking required). If food and wine are your thing, then there's no shortage of gastro pubs within a short drive .The nearest pub serves 'pub grub ' and has a beer garden for you to enjoy and is literally at the end of the farm track. The shop in Welland can provide your essentials for cooking in the well equipped kitchen. Guest access Parking - Enjoy your own parking area. Make use of the ample space. There is easily enough room to park two vehicles. Proceed up the drive and you will find the parking area on the left before the stables. The cottage is just a stones throw away down the path. Access through the wooden gate and enter through the patio doors.
