This sunny studio apartment is located in the Beaches area, across 2km long beach. It is very close to Downtown - only a quick streetcar away. Full of sun light, hard wood floors, balcony, queen size mattress, full kitchen, detached bathroom , 24 hours quiet policy. Self check in and check out is available. Can connect to the coming guests through the camera at the front enrance. The space The Space I am very delighted to share my beautiful home with you. This studio is located on the main level of the beach townhouse. 9 feet ceiling, hardwood floors, flat screen TV with Netflix, fully equipped kitchen, private balcony. Designated bathroom is located on the lower level. There is a shared staircase in between. Free laundry. The atmosphere at our house is very tranquil and quiet. No excessive noise allowed at any time. It's cross the beach and within seconds from Queen Street with shops, restaurants, liquor store and minutes from Beach volleyball, the Boardwalk, Olympic Size Pool, Woodbine Park (home to Summer Festivals including Jazz Festival), bike path, children's splash park. PARKING INFORMATION If you have a car, you have a choice to rent our garage for $30 a day. The other option is to park your car on a Woodbine Ave., which is a subject to availability. Here is the parking schedule: Woodbine West Side 3.30 pm - 7.30 am Monday-Friday 7.30 am – 9.30 am NO PARKING Saturday- Monday (or Tuesday if it’s a Holiday or long weekend) FREE PARKING All small streets North of Lake Shore, West of Woodbine Ave and East of Northern Dancer Blvd – 7.30 am – 2 am City street parking permit can be obtained for $100 a month. Short term parking permit is also available. I recommend to get the permit for Boardwalk Dr. There are always some available spots from my experience. Guest access The entrance to the house is at the back alley, where the garages are. Your cab or Uber can stop right at the gate near the garage for you to unload. Go through the gate (it's unlocked) and to the glass entrance door. There is a bell in the right hand side or call Eugenia. I also will get an instant message from the front door camera so will be able to connect to you directly.
