Female house, mother & adult daughter (see additional rules - same gender policy) Great location across from the beach and bus stop ...walk 800m to "Village" shops & cafes, surf club A comfy queen bed, 100% cotton linen, comfy memory foam pillows, shutters, ceiling fan & your own bathroom. You must like dogs as I have 2 cavoodles, “Gatsby” my old but healthy 12 year old and “Martin” a bouncy happy new puppy! I offer DIY breakfast, (toast and spreads) and chilled filtered water on tap. The space It is a rear private fenced corner townhouse, just opposite Bus stop and beach. Air conditioned living area, smart tv with Netflix. Kitchen with coffee machine for your use/tea, etc and chilled filtered water on tap. An Outdoor deck area provides a second living area for guest use with a BBQ, outdoor bar, fridge and lounge area with a SmartTV as well. My home is yours! Guest access All areas except for garage and other bedrooms. During your stay I work casual as a driver in Film. I may be around or I may be away visiting family. My adult daughter lives at home but works long hours week days. When at home I am usually out and about dog walking, swimming or charity work or simply reading out the back. Other things to note This is Tugun (convenient to airport), you can hear planes overhead but they cease at 11pm.
