Delightful detached two bedroom cottage annex in a rural location, only 4 miles from the centre of Chester, with accommodation for five and all mod cons. Separate kitchen/diner and family bathroom. Outdoor seating in the courtyard and in "The Secret Garden". The rear entrance is for you and can accommodate 2 cars, or 3 by arrangement daily. There is also parking in a lay by 100 yards away. The space One single room, one king sized double and a double sofa bed in the lounge area. All mod-cons provided. Guest access The cottage itself is for the guest's exclusive use. The patio area, yard, rear entrance and rear garden are shared with the owners. Other things to note If you have small children, please ensure that the upper windows are locked at all times as the sills are low. We can provide a cot and high chair by prior arrangement. We have a dog, who can be noisy occasionally. We will normally allow pets, but this is at our discretion and must be agreed before booking. A fee of £20 will be charged per pet per booking using the AirBnB extra charges facility. There is a walled kitchen garden which we call "The Secret Garden", which can be for your exclusive use. Access is on the left of the rear entrance. We can supply a BBQ and/or firepit. We have a beautiful Steinway Grand Piano in the main house which you are welcome to play by prior arrangement. Please use the rear entrance next to the school and do not come up the front drive.
