The fisherman's cabin is a charming little cottage on the banks of the Aveyron, a few steps from the town center of St Antonin. Beautiful view of the cliffs. River views from the garden. Quiet, not overlooked, calm and serene apart from a few canoes and birdsong. Cafes, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. You will enjoy village life with the feeling of being in the countryside. The garden is ideal for small dogs with the walls around. The space The cabin is 23 m2 with kitchen/living room, bedroom and ensuite shower room. Although it is small, you have all the comforts and with a pretty enclosed garden and the covered outdoor space is spacious enough for two people. The kitchen is brand new with everything you need to cook with fridge, small oven, gas hob plus hood, and dishwasher for 6 place settings. There is a small table with chairs, a TV with French and English channels. Very cozy in winter with electric heating. All windows are protected by mosquito nets, allowing a peaceful night with windows open for fresh air at night. The garden is enclosed and private with a beautiful view of the cliffs. The lodge is 23 square meters, and has a kitchen/living room, a double bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Although small, it is perfectly comfortable, and with a pretty fenced garden and outside covered terrace, it's plenty big enough for two people. The kitchen is brand new and well equipped with a fridge, gas hob with extractor fan, small oven, assorted utensils and a small dishwasher. Also a small table with chairs, a television for both French and UK TV, and a DVD player. Very cozy in the winter months with electric heating. All windows and doors are netted, allowing for a very peaceful night's sleep with the windows open for lovely fresh riverside air. Guest access The cabin, the garden by the Aveyron, a covered terrace. The lodge, the garden overlooking the river bank, a furnished covered terrace. Other things to note If you are bringing your dog, please declare it on your reservation. There is a total cost of 5 euro for each dog. During July and August, the secondary houses in the neighborhood may be occupied, so it's a little less quiet. It is better not to arrive in front of the cottage by car because the streets are very narrow. During July and August the neighboring holiday house may have occupants which means it's not as quiet. Very narrow street so access by car is not advised.
