The apartment consists of three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a living room where in a relaxing corner there is a ventilated wood-burning fireplace that can heat all the rooms. The apartment is reached by climbing a flight of stairs. The space From one of the rooms you can access a panoramic terrace, from where you can sunbathe or admire the view of the Crete Senesi. On the clearest days and in the evening with the lights we can see the Torre del Mangia and the dome of the cathedral of Siena on the horizon. Guest access Naturally, the entire apartment, including the terrace, is shared with other guests, as well as the olive grove that surrounds the house, the lawn that frames the pool, and the pool itself. We can walk freely throughout the property and beyond. Other things to note We are surrounded by countryside and woods, far from the noise of cars and factories. I would like to inform guests that from March to December, inclusive, there is an accommodation tax to be paid as an extra amount of €2 per night for people over 14 years of age. In the cold periods, the heating is according to consumption and the amount is €5 per cubic meter.
