Surrounded by trees with a water-view deck, dining deck with BBQ, firepit, and indoor fireplace. Close to hiking trails and local attractions—perfect for relaxing or adventuring. STR25-00082 The space Sleeping Arrangements (Comfortably sleeps a family of 5, not suited for more than 4 adults) - The Master Bedroom now has a queen Casper mattress (upgraded 2024), a fan and a dresser - The guest room has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a twin on top. Has a fan and a small closet with hangers. - There is a pull-out couch in the living room (upgraded mattress 2024) - Each bed has a comforter, mattress and pillow protectors. **Please bring your own bedding. Kitchen - The kitchen has everything you need: a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all dishes. - Coffee, sugar, tea, hot chocolate, cooking oil, salt and pepper - BBQ on the dining deck (dining table and chairs) - Small breakfast nook/work table in the kitchen Living Room - Wood stove - TV with Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ - Assorted Board games - 1 Air Conditioner and fans in each bedroom Lakefront - Dock - *Revamped shoreline* (2023 not seen in pictures) - Adirondack Chairs - *New* Sunchill Lounger (June 2024 not seen in pictures) replacing the large lily pad 3 piece Bathroom - Hot showers - Toilet paper **Please bring your own towels and pet towel Fire pit - wood provided - chairs around the campfire Additional: - free WIFI - a 3-seater canoe with paddles and 2 adult lifejackets - 2 inflatable standup paddle boards -Sunchill lounger (please do not undo the anchors) - toddler climber Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house, except for a closet in the master bedroom and a small cupboard in the kitchen where personal belongings are stored. Parking is available for several cars at the top of the hill, next to the electricity pole on the right. Please stay on the gravel path for your safety, as there is a hole near the fire pit. Other things to note Guest Responsibilities: Guests are responsible for bringing - all bedding (fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, blankets and pillows). - towels, hand towels (and dog towels if applicable) ** While pillows and blanket options are available, we do not have washing machines/linen cleaning services. Other Notes: Water: Our water is lake-fed and filtered to clean dishes, boil water and for showers. Filtered drinking tap available in the kitchen only. Our cottage is on a septic system. Only toilet paper down the toilet, please. Dogs: Our neighbour's dogs are very friendly and may come over to say hi. Please keep dogs off furniture and bring a towel for after swimming.
