Hip Nautic Luxurious Beach House with Pool & BBQ

Hip Nautic is a luxurious 5-bedroom beach house with 4 Master bedrooms on the upper floor with ensuites and walk in robe, all bedrooms have king size beds with cover sheet, doona/ doona cover. Bedrooms can be locked internally for privacy, 1 bedroom with attached bath and toilet on ground floor. Situated in The Beaches Estate between Moonee surfers beach and Catherine Hill Bay beach patrolled by lifeguards. Equipped with a mineral heated swimming pool, alfresco, BBQ & outdoor bar fridge The space Guests have access to entire house and pool/ alfresco with the exception to the double lock up garage. Watch your favorite sport and movies on Kayo and Netflix on the 75 inch tv in the lounge and 65 inch TV in the home theatre. Cars will need to be parked in the drive way front of gate. Please note the pool will be closed from mid May until August. Guest access Guests have access to all bedrooms/ensuites, balconies/ alfresco, kitchen & lounge, TV room. No access to Garage and Opening of the large side gate. Other things to note If checking out on Monday the appropriate bins need to be placed on the nature strip in front of house.
