Close to IU football stadium, Campus, College Mall and downtown Bloomington Entire basement with private entrance, bedroom, and full bath! We live upstairs. We will respect the quiet hours from 11pm-6am. You may hear us from time to time. You will have to walk down a small hill to access your private entrance. The space Private entrance to the basement from the back of our home, in the back yard - you will have to walk around back of house to enter down a small hill. It could be muddy. Key box with code.
