Nestled in popular and charming Carolina Place, this cozy upstairs space offers easy access to downtown (5 minutes) and area beaches (15 minutes to Wrightsville, 20 to Carolina Beach). Relax on the covered porch or enjoy the 55" smart TV and fast Wi-Fi. Best suited for 1 or 2 guests, but can accommodate 3 (leather sofa). The space This cozy space features hardwood floors, ceiling fans, Keurig and drip coffeemakers, dishwasher, central AC, dual-showerheads, leather sofa, 55" smart TV, front porch with rockers, back deck and kitchenette. You'll feel tucked away in the trees, surrounded by many windows. Guest access Guests have access to the entire upstairs, including both porches, and parking for one vehicle in the driveway, which is on 21st Street. One space in the driveway is reserved for the downstairs apartment. Please park on the right, next to the stairwell, allowing enough room for downstairs guests to park on the left side. If there's already a vehicle on the right side, please park wherever you can fit. For additional vehicles, please park on the street. Other things to note For dogs, please let us know: the age, breed, weight, behavior. Make sure to include pets when booking or pay separately through the resolution center. Please do not leave any pets unattended at the house, unless they are crated or you know they will not misbehave. Guests are responsible for any damage. Trash pickup (green bin) is every Monday morning. Recycling (blue bin) is every other Monday morning. Please make sure the bins are at the street/alley. Thank you!
