It is a fully self contained, three bedroom house perfect for a family or up to three couples. It is located close to the town of Poon Saan and is within 5 to 10 minutes driving distance to the recreation centre, the airport, to the town in Settlement, cove and many of the Island's restaurant and bars. The space This large and comfortable unit provides a full kitchen, one king size bedroom, two queen size bedrooms, a study room, lounge room, a toilet, a bathroom with a toilet, fully equipped built in laundry with a stack washer dryer, undercover parking at the back, open air car park with a concrete patch at the front and a nice front covered deck overlooking the beautiful Indian Ocean. Other things to note No smoking is allowed on the premise. Wearing shoes in the house is prohibited. Losing the key to the house will impose a fine of AUD$300.
