We are offering our quaint bungalow w/ beautiful peaceful interior. Private bath w/shower, many amenities. Homeade breakfast @ your door upon request, coffee/tea bar, snacks, micro, fridge, wifi.. Quiet, safe area. Guests can relax & enjoy an enclosed patio area. Downtown shops, family restaurants & freeway access close by. Hosts on site. ***PLEASE LIST YOUR PETS IF THEY ARE W/ YOU PRIOR TO BOOK- ING. We charge a 1-X $20 pet fee (airbnb will charge a penalty fee if not listed @ booking)*** The space Our little bungalow is newly renovated and ready for you to relax. Beautiful country style decor and separate from our home, with a keypad access in a gated patio area. You're welcome to enjoy the enclosed patio during your stay. There is Wifi access, private bathroom w/ shower, Queen size comfortable bed, fresh cotton sheets, plush towels and lots of extras to provide a comfortable stay. Micro, fridge, coffee/tea bar, cold bottled water in fridge. Homeade fresh baked goods (gluten free available) & fruit delivered to your door (the first morning of your stay) if requested by 9 pm the night prior. Our highest priority is providing a clean, comfortable and positive experience for you, our guest(s). We welcome you and your pets! We hope you enjoy your stay! Please read over our pet policy and let us know if you have any questions. **(Please list your pet as coming with you @ booking. A 1-time $20 fee is charged for pets, (2max) but airbnb will assess a penalty fee if no pet is added at booking) Guest access Entry to the bungalow through the private enclosed, lockable patio gate. Patio is yours to enjoy with table and chairs for breakfast or just relaxing. Entrance has keypad with coded entry, inside deadbolt lock. Other things to note PET POLICY: If you are bringing your furry family member, we require them to be accompanied while outside the bungalow, and also to be taken outside the fenced area and off the property for potty breaks. There is a large grassy area and soccer field just 2 blocks southwest. Our pup loves to run and play there. Pet potty bags are provided for you when you arrive, just let us know you're bringing them! Also, we request there be no pets allowed on the bed or easy chair inside the bungalow. We are excited to meet your furry pets! We live on site and have a friendly, very sweet large dog that loves people. We let her out a few times a day and will accompany her during those times.
