The new accommodation, adjoining our house, is located in a very quiet subdivision in Saint Laurent de Mûre. It is located less than 10 minutes from Lyon Saint Exupéry Airport, Eurexpo, Groupama Stadium and Décines shows, as well as 20 minutes from the center of Lyon, "The Village Outlet" located 10 minutes away. The exit or entrance of the A48 and A43 highways are 6 km from the house, and the entrance of the A432 is 2 km away. Many restaurants are within walking distance (5-10 minutes maximum) The space The accommodation consists of - a room on the ground floor of 18 m2 with a table, 4 chairs, a new 140 x 190 double sofa bed, - a kitchen area equipped with a microwave, an induction stove with two burners, a Tassimo coffee maker, an electric kettle, a teapot, a toaster, dishes, saucepan, pan, - a coat rack, - a bench for suitcases and shoes and - a TV with Orange Box channels. This room opens onto the terrace and garden. Access to the bedroom on the first floor is via a staircase leading to a landing where there is a dressing room. The bedroom also opens to the garden, not overlooked; the 140 x 190 double bed has new bedding, a nightstand, a bedside lamp, a clock radio, a chair. The bathroom adjoining the bedroom is closed, closed shower, toilet, sink with cupboard.
