This apartment is is located inside of a 3 story walk-up Victorian home, it features hardwood floors, ceramic tile,freshly painted walls, two large bedrooms, a family room with a futon, a renovated full kitchen with appliances such as coffee maker, microwave, utensils. The property is a gem being rehabilitated. The space This Victorian home is over 125 years old. It was originally built in 1894. It is not the Ritz Carlton or any other fancy schmancy hotel. It is exactly what it is. A 125+ year old home being rehabbed. If you are expecting the Ritz you will not find it here. LOL! What is here is exactly what is listed and shown and I hope you will enjoy it. You have an entire apartment to yourselves with your own private entrance, kitchen and bath. The local area has a vast amount of activities in the area. Located less than 25 miles from New York City it offers the family fun and adult night life that the Big Apple has to offer. The train leading to all destinations is just a 10 minute walk. Just a short drive away is the excitement of the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia. There are a number of amusement parks in the surrounding area such as Bowcraft, Six Flags, and Hershey Park. If you enjoy outdoor activities Watchung mountains are a short walk or bike ride away or spend a day camping in the Appalachians. If you are looking for a day at the beach the beautiful and famous New Jersey shores are just minutes away by bus or car. This is the perfect getaway for any occasion. Located near New Brunswick, Princeton, and NYC its perfect for University students as well. Guest access FOR THE SAFETY OF EVERYONE IN THE BUILDING THE DOORS MUST REMAIN LOCKED AT ALL TIMES. THERE IS NO EXCEPTION FOR THIS RULE. THE BUILDING IS EQUIPPED WITH VIDEO, AUDIO, AND KEYPAD RECORDING DEVICES FOR YOUR SAFETY. PLEASE HELP TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE. What you should expect as a guest: 1. Complete privacy – you have the unit to yourselves. Please be mindful of others in the building however and noise levels. If noise levels become a major disturbance you will be told to vacate the premises. To access the unit you will be given a 4 digit code of your choice prior to arrival. This Code will grant you access to the Main door of the building and the unit door leading to the apartment. Besides myself only your party will have knowledge of this number so do not share it with anyone. 2. Starter items – some items have been left for you such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish detergent, water, etc. – These are items are limited and only to get you started. Once settled in it is your responsibility to provide any more of these items if needed. 3. There is basic HD antennae Television. CABLE TELEVISION IS NOT SUPPLIED - HOWEVER THERE IS WIFI included and internet/smart-box television, i.g. (NETFLIX) it is already set up just turn on the television and open the app. 4. The garbage is picked up twice a week on MONDAY AND THURSDAY. Garbage cans are located in the back of the building next to the garage. Either container is available. 5. Recycling is located in the same area and is easily spotted as blue containers next to the trash receptacles. 6. AGAIN The unit comes equipped with WiFi. There is no cable television provided. This the sign in and password information for the WiFi will be given at least a day before your arrival. 7. Any sleepover guest(s) who are not in the original party are not allowed in the unit unless expressed consent has been given to the agent or representative of said party in writing and those individuals have been paid for using the third party portal Airbnb. There are no exceptions to this rule. If it is found that there are people who are staying without agreed permissions and compensation your entire party will be told to leave the premises at once. If at any point any guest(s) poses a physical threat of violence or breaches any federal, state or municipals laws, codes, policies or ordinances the proper authorities will be notified at once and that guest and its accompanying party will be removed from the premises. Other things to note The building will at times have other guests so please be mindful of others concerning noise levels and just basic common courtesies. Thank you. 7. FIRE EXTINGUISHER IS LOCATED: 1. ON WALL OPPOSITE FROM THE ENTRANCE DOOR BY ADJACENT TO THE BOOK SHELF AGAIN IT IS DIRECTLY LOCATED ACROSS FROM FRONT DOOR. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS LOCATION IN CASE OF A FIRE EMERGENCY. 8. IN CASE OF SAFETY OR MEDICAL EMERGENCY PLEASE DIAL 911 IMMEDIATELY AND EVACUATE THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY IF NECESSARY. If use of front door is not an option the FIRE ESCAPE IS LOCATED THROUGH KITCHEN WINDOW.
