The forest Hill Villa is a large yet cosy hill style mansion rendered mostly in wood and stone. The villa has a small terrace on the top floor which offers a breath taking view of the thickly wooded valley and snow peaks. From the balcony of the villa you see far north into the Himalayan range squinting into the late afternoon sun. The valleys are contoured in fields of clover and mustard dotted with apple trees and is beautifully quiet. If you wish, have your breakfast at lunch time, sleep under the stars, shop till you drop, have a midnight feast, come and go as you please –this is your family vacation home –just do as you please.... You are not living at a hotel...We provide you a fully furnished, functional and staffed vacation home and it goes without saying that home rules apply. The price of your home is fully inclusive of the dedicated space and staff at your disposal. We don’t offer or have any menus with prices.... so go ahead and order your coffee or french fries for the kids without thinking again.. To Strengthen relationships, building lifelong memories, & have to have a fun filled holiday Our cottage has 03bedrooms which sleeps 06adults& children we can accommodate upto 10 adults. We do not let out individual rooms, the rates are inclusive of morning tea/breakfast/evening tea &cookies and taxes. Extra person is 1500/- per head per day with B/F n Bed. We have flexible food plans for our guests depending on the number of days you plan to visit for. PLAN A You carry your own food supplies/can by them from there also and do your own cooking, There is a caretaker at the cottage who can do basic Indian cooking who can assist you. For this plan there is a utility charge of Rs 1000- per day, we provide basic supplies.(preferred by long staying guests) You are welcome to take help with you, we provide separate accommodation for servants/ driver.(at no cost only meals are chargeable at 75/- per head per meal.) OR PLAN B: We also have a per head meal plan, this is convenient as your involvement in the kitchen is not there at all and you enjoy and relax your holiday. However you are most welcome to choose your dishes you wish to eat in a Meal and the caretaker will do the needful for you, since pricing is fixed ,you know your outgoing expenses while planning.(Recommended for short breaks) FOOD RATES Other meals lunch/dinner can be made available: Rs. 250/-(Veg) Dal, Seasonal vegetable, Paneer dish, Roti/Rice/ Salad Rs 300/- (N-Veg) Dal, Seasonal Vegetable, Chicken dish, Roti/Rice/ Salad. Barbeque available at Rs 450/-and includes 02 Veg. snacks and 02 N Veg. snacks (with limited portioning) Other information: · We can organize a cab facility for sight seeing or drop & pickup from town at an extra cost. · We are pet friendly. · We use local products grown & manufactured in our surrounding areas like, fruits/vegetables/jams squashes/juices etc. · We organize a bon-fire for guests in the lawns at no extra cost. · We organize small forest treks which are easy to do and in the vicinity with packed food & beverage . We suggest guests to carry their own Music/movies and other form of entertainment. We provide a music system and a CD/DVD player at the villa. · We have a collection of books for the ones who wish to indulge in reading . · We recommend the meat lovers a Barbeque session which can be a family activity of sorts to carry some pre marinated meats with them and make an interesting evening with a log fire. · We provide some indoor games for children like PS-2/Pictionary/ chess/scrabble/carom/cards etc. For outdoors we strongly recommend a walk through the adjoining farmland and forest walks to enlighten the young minds on a village setup and observe mother nature at its best. · For the spiritually inclined we suggest a visit to nearby temple in Sipur or the Mashobra lake temple which incidentally couples up to be a picnic spot is only a few minutes of drive from the villa
