Please note: strictly "non-smoking" house, please smoke outside. It is nestled in the middle of the Freteval Forest, in a hamlet with nice and discreet neighbors, without opposite, and it enjoys a large garden of 5500 m2. You can see deer and squirrels come to feed in the garden in the early morning! Ideal for finding yourself in a quiet place and in contact with nature, resting, discovering the surroundings on foot or by bicycle, visiting the beautiful monuments of the region. It is 8 minutes from Cloyes sur le Loir, a small flowery town where there is a train station (TER Centre Austerlitz station), bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets, banks and post office. 20 minutes from the house, Chateaudun and Vendôme - TER and TGV stations to Paris Montparnasse nearby. In the surrounding area, many activities are possible: walking and cycling, water (swimming, sailing lessons), wine hillsides, troglodyte villages, caves, castles (Val de Loir and Loire Valley), regional markets. For children: very nice swimming pool, leisure center, castles with children's games. Inside, a semi-open kitchen on the living-dining room, 1 bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with a double futon bed (wooden bed base). An extra bed is possible (folding bed). Bathroom with old bathtub, shower room and separate toilet. Kitchen equipment: large gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Washing machine, iron and hairdryer available.
