It will feel just like a home theater! You can also play music wirelessly over Bluetooth from the sound bar. Relax on the balcony that you can access from the bedroom or living room. Guest access The entire apartment is yours to enjoy! There is an empty wardrobe closet in the bedroom waiting for you to fill. There is ample shelf space in the bathroom for your toiletries. And plenty of room for groceries in both the fridge and a small closet in the dining area. Other things to note Please check your renter's insurance to see if it covers your personal items while staying away from home. Unfortunately, my insurance does not cover your items. Because of the new rules in NYC making all rentals be a 1 month minimum, we now require two cleanings, one in the middle of your stay, and one at the end. We increased the cleaning fee so now it covers the cost of two cleanings. We will help schedule a mid stay cleaning that is convenient for you. If you rent longer then 4 weeks we ask that you get the apartment cleaned every two weeks and pay the cleaning person $110 per cleaning (beyond the 2 cleanings covered in your rent). Please treat my home and my belongings as your own. I have put effort into creating a wonderful space. I rent to those who can respect this space and can show concern and politeness for my neighbors. No dogs or cats allowed.
