The main house: 5 bedrooms (sleeps up to 14), 2 bathrooms and full kitchen, along with the newly remodeled “barn”, now Guesthouse: (Loft and Bungalow) 2 bedrooms (sleeps up to 6) and 2 bathrooms with kitchenette areas, are the perfect places to relax and recharge in this tucked away wooded property of ours! Guests love our property and we hope you do too! The House sits facing the street and the guesthouse is set back to the left. There is plenty of parking as well as a large backyard area surrounded by nature! Yet, hop in your vehicle, and you are just a a couple blocks from the highway that takes you straight into downtown, only 20 minutes and you are at the Plaza, Westport, Crossroads Art district, Power and Light... and so much more! When you book the House & Guesthouse Combo, you will have the majority of the property to yourselves. We do have the Studio that is a SEPARATE booking from the package, it is a unique space that can host small gatherings: baby showers, poker nights.... but also able to host an overnight stay. This Studio space maybe booked during your stay, so please be aware NOT TO PARK in the drive between the guesthouse and the studio or block parking down to the studio- thank you! If you are interested in booking the studio so the entire property is all yours and you wouldn’t have to share the outdoors or parking with any other guests, just message me and we can discount the studio for you to book the entire property! We are only minutes away....yet we are here for you if need be, to stocking up your favorite coffee bean before you arrive, to helping you find that perfect restaurant, we are just a message away from anything you need! Our tucked away little secret from the go, go, go is very special to us and we are happy to share it with you, our guests! We are just a couple blocks from the main highways that take you to downtown....but also very close to a walking/cycling trail, just minutes from out property (off Red Bridge, just past Blue River Road) Minor Park. But if you are looking to just be secluded, we have our own little walking trail on the property... as well as many cedar seating stumps to admire all the nature around you! Want more than a cup of joe… we suggest ‘Crows Coffee’ just 5 minutes up Red Bridge Road and Holmes… and right next door to that is one of our favorites- ‘Barrio’- they are a contemporary Mexican restaurant with great outdoor seating! Need groceries while you are visiting… our local ‘Price Chopper’ is about 5 minutes hopping on 71 highway and exiting Blue Ridge. At the back of the house off the kitchen we have a storage room where we will need to get into at times, we definitely want you as guests to know that we will just step into the storage room and ONLY the storage room during your stay. So not to startle you while in the kitchen, you may hear us gathering cleaning supplies or dropping off linens, but we will always try to be quite and quick. Thank you! One more thing to note when staying at the Restoration Estate: the back yard open area and walking trail are our property, but the pond and anything just left of the studio and studio patio past the tree line is the church property and is off limits and considered trespassing.
