Centrally located in the charming town of Mebane. Within a mile of grocery stores, local restaurants & bakery, parks, hiking trails, gyms and fabulous shopping. You will be staying in a duplex on 2 acres with an expansive backyard which includes play area for the kids (swings, climbing and nature), a hammock and the privacy of trees. Less than 30 minutes from Duke University, Elon College & University of North Carolina. The space It is located approx. 1.5 miles from interstate I-40/85. Many restaurants, car washes, medical offices, pharmacies, etc. are close by. Tanger Outlets, Lowes, Walmart, Great Clips, Dollar Tree, etc. etc. etc. are within a few miles. Guest access This is an up and down duplex. Guests will have their own private entrance to the upstairs studio as well as access to the backyard and play area. There are small dogs in the backyard that are not near the guests living area. However if the guests use the backyard, they will have dogs present. If requested, the dogs can be removed.. Other things to note Guests have their private parking space to the right of the large tree. The key to their private entrance also keys their studio living area.
