Nice and functional accommodation with a separate entrance on the ground floor in the center of the village, a stone's throw from the port. Ideal for short stays The space Our accommodation was originally a warehouse... the previous owner changed its intended use. We purchased it as a studio apartment for all legal purposes. And so also for all those who are in the same area.....Practical, clean, well-organized and in the center of the village, it is an excellent solution for short stays in the Argentario. The bathroom is small and does not have a bidet. There is a shower, sink, and toilet. The photos realistically show the studio apartment. Other things to note The municipality of Monte Argenratio has introduced the tourist tax. The amount to be paid upon arrival is €2 per person for the first 7 days of the stay.
