"l'Atelier", quiet and bright, sea and countryside

Welcome to my painting studio, converted into a comfortable cottage adjoining the house for two people, for your vacation or a weekend. Guests can enjoy the landscaped garden and dine there, surrounded by greenery. Quiet, countryside, you will nevertheless be close to the beaches of St-Pair-sur-Mer and Kairon (8-10 minutes by car) and Granville and its ports (shuttles to the Chausey Islands, beaches, museums, galleries, shops, entertainment…). The space The workshop, very bright thanks to its exposure and its many bay windows, includes a large living room and a kitchen area as well as a bedroom (wide bed 160) with shower room and office area. A baby cot can be added if needed. In the landscaped garden, a barbecue, table and chairs are at your disposal. Guest access It is possible to use a parking space on the property.
