You are booking a single room at a country inn bed and breakfast. This comfortable room with king size bed and woodburning fireplace sleeps up to two guests. It has its own private bathroom with tub and shower, TV with DirecTV and DVD player. Guests have full use of all common areas in the inn and on the inn grounds. The inn is located on 14 private acres, surrounded by farms and conservation area. Close to Kenyon College and Ohio's Amish area. State and local taxes of 10.25% are not collected by Airbnb and will be due on arrival. The inn has 10 guest rooms and two luxury cottages and can also be booked as a whole house (7 room) reservation or whole property reservaton. (10 rooms and 2 cottages). The space You are booking a room in a country inn bed and breakfast. We're located on 14 wooded acres in Ohio's Amish area, less than a 15 minute drive from Kenyon College. If you're looking for peace and quiet with plenty of fun activities within a short drive, this is the place to find it! Your room is in a small guesthouse with outside door leading on to a shaded porch. It is furnished with fine linens and has individually controlled heat and air conditioning. You have a TV/DVD player with DirecTV. In addition to a delicious breakfast each morning, we provide complimentary hot and cold beverages home-baked cookies and snack items. You are welcome to enjoy any of the common areas of the building and property. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the inn's common room with fireplace and grand piano, as well as our front porch, our gazebo and all the outdoor areas on our 14 acre property. We have a small guest refrigerator for guests to store snacks and the Amish cheese we know they're going to buy to take home! Complimentary hot and cold beverages, light snacks, and home-made cookies are always available. During your stay We live on the premises, so are available 24 hours a day in person or by phone to answer questions, give suggestions for dining, sightseeing or help with reservations or travel plans. Other things to note A full country breakfast is provided each morning of your stay. We also offer several dining options for evening meals, by separate reservation.
