Cosy self catering cottage near Rye

The Poplars cottage is located only 10 minutes from the beach and backs onto fields. The cottage was repainted in 2023 and there is new linen. Not suitable if you do not have a car. The space There is room for 4 people in the cottage. The main bedroom is on the first floor and has a queen sized bed and is a large room with a view of the garden and fields. On the ground floor there is the second bedroom which is small and has a bunk bed which is 3ft wide, a bathroom with a bath and an open plan sitting room and kitchen with a dining table. There is a smart TV, dishwasher and undercounter fridge. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NOT ENOUGH ROOM FOR A TRAVEL COT IN THE BUNK ROOM and WE DO HAVE A COT. Guest access The cottage is only for your use, there is a small courtyard garden which is fenced off giving your privacy. Please note that there is not enough room for a cot in the bunk room. There is plenty of space in the main bedroom for a cot. Other things to note We have a super charger for electric cars which you can use at a small cost. You need a car to stay at this property as there is very little public transport.
