The Grey Gables Self Catering "Mullan's Corner"

Situated in beautiful rural countryside, 4 miles from the town of Dungiven, The Grey Gables Self Catering offers a central location from which to explore some of the most visited attractions in the North of Ireland. These include The Giants Causeway and the Antrim Coast, The Sperrin Mountain Range, The Historic City of Derry, County Donegal and the beautiful Roe Valley. The space The Grey Gables Self Catering offers two modern,spacious,exceptionally well furnished and equipped apartments which have been accredited a 4 star rating by the NITB. Standard features of both 'Benbradagh' and 'Mullan's Corner' include oil fired central heating,as well as shower and separate bath facilities. Each also has 40" wall mounted Digital TVs with Freeview service,and highspeed BT WiFi Broadband is freely available throughout the complex. Our kitchens are fully equipped with dishwasher,fridge freezer,cooker and microwave ovens,while the purpose built laundry/utility room services both apartments with washing machine,tumble dryer and ironing facilities. Guest access The superb outdoor facilities include an all new children's playground, located within the private, secure grounds, and mature gardens. Also our newly constructed covered Gazebo and elevated decking area, with separate barbeque cooking facility,(all beneath the backdrop of the Benbradagh mountain), offers the chance to relax,unwind,and enjoy the fabulous countryside views. Both Self Catering apartments are very spacious, with more than ample room for holiday gear such as golf clubs or fishing rods, whilst bicycles and any other larger items can be stored in the locked garages if required. There is also more than adequate secure parking facilities on site, with each apartment having its own large parking area convenient to the entrance door. Other things to note The Benbradagh Apartment sleeps 4/5 guests. It has two large double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite facility with shower. Our Mullan's Corner Apartment can also sleep 4/5 guests. Again it has two large bedrooms, one double with an ensuite bathroom, and one other twin bedroom. This apartment has also been designed to facilitate our disabled guests with ramped access, wider corridors, and a fully equipped disabled bathroom with level access shower area. As both apartments are attached and inter-connected via an internal common corridor, they can be used as one large facility catering for bigger groups of up to 10 people very comfortably. The Grey Gables Self Catering has more than adequate parking on site. There is also the option to use the securely locked garages, should guests require external storage. Our garage facility is popular with fishermen, cyclists and bikers, whilst workmen have also used the garage as a place to "hang" wet clothing etc. Prices quoted are for each apartment and apartments can be booked individually.
