And although there is not a lift in this building, the unique view will make up for it. The space A cozy atmosphere welcomes you as soon as you step into the apartment. Wooden beams and brick transmit a warm style that is completed with a vintage Chesterfied sofa that is just waiting for you to sink in to. The apartment comes fully equipped with a smart TV, WIFI and air conditioning. The compact kitchen is a great area to cook in. It is bright and you will have everything that you will need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bedroom is very comfortable, with a king sized double bed (150x190) big and soft enough for you to relax in after a day full of sightseeing and adventures! The bedroom has clothes rail and a organiser with ample space to store your clothes and personal items. This apartment has its own small balcony which is perfect for you to have your coffee and breakfast outside in the sun. The best feature of this apartment is that it has its own private terrace overlooking Plaza Redonda - a beautiful little round square with a fountain that is tucked away in the center of El Carmen. You will also have the view of Santa Catalina, one of the oldest churches in Valencia.- actually you can see it from the bedroom! The bathroom is equipped with a shower and you will be provided with shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and sets of shower and hand towels.
