Sunny garden apartment with en - suite & kitchen

Recently renovated one bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a large Victorian house with en-suite bathroom, dressing room and kitchen with french doors opening onto a verandah and sunny garden. Located in the inner city suburb of Rozelle, our 1870's sandstone house is one bus stop from Sydney CBD. Cool in summer, warm in winter, the location is ideal for short and longer term visitors wanting to be close to all Sydney has to offer. We are a fully vaccinated household. The space IMPORTANT: We are observing the cleaning and disinfecting guidelines set out by Airbnb during the COVID 19 crisis. We are also a fully vaccinated household. 1. Ventilate rooms before cleaning. Allow fresh air to circulate for at least 20 minutes. If possible, leave all windows open during the entire cleaning process. 2. Wash hands thoroughly before and after each cleaning. Use soap and water, and wash for at least 20 seconds. If that’s not possible, use a hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Learn more about proper hand washing 3. Clean, then disinfect. Use detergent or soap and water to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, spray with a disinfectant. Let it stand for a few minutes, then wipe—and if you’re not using paper towels or disposable wipes, it’s best to use a new cleaning cloth for each guest. 4. Use the right disinfectant. You don’t need any hard-to-find cleaning products—most common household disinfectants registered by the Environmental Protection Agency, as well as cleaning solutions with diluted household bleach or at least 70% alcohol, are believed to be effective against the coronavirus. Pay special attention to frequently touched surfaces, like light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucet handles. WE WILL PROVIDE: Antibacterial hand sanitizer Disposable gloves and wipes Hand soap Paper towels Tissues Toilet Paper ABOUT THE SPACE: The apartment has been recently refurbished with a brand new bathroom and kitchen. It is private and self contained and has its own door to come and go by. Its a five minute walk to the bus stop, the CBD is one stop away and the bus goes directly to Circular Quay for New Years Eve celebrations. If you have a car there is plenty of free parking outside. Great pubs, wine bars, cafes and restaurants abound and there is a bike to borrow and ride the waterfront Bay Run. There is wifi and a kitchen and all the utensils to cook with should you wish to do so. Breakfast on the sunny veranda in the mornings while the birds sing is delightful. Guest access Guest enter the apartment via its own entrance using a key located in the lockbox. This allows for arrival times later than maybe accepted elsewhere. Guests will have access to the verandah outside the apartment and the front garden There is a laundry in the house should guests wish to use it during their stay.
