Very well located in Lyon, this apartment is our main residence. We live there very happily and are delighted to be able to share it with guests in our absence. A stone's throw from the Parc de la Tête d'Or, the peninsula and the quays of the Rhône, the Part Dieu train station, the Halles Paul Bocuse and the Brotteaux district, it is the perfect place to discover the city of Lyon. Facing East-West, it is traversing and bathed in light. The space This is a spacious and bright home in the morning and evening thanks to its east-west exposure. The master bedroom overlooks the courtyard, it is very quiet. The second bedroom, which can be prepared as a single or double bed as needed, is on the street side (very quiet at night). In both bedrooms, there is ample space to add a travel cot. The kitchen is spacious and it is possible to eat there with 4 people easily. The apartment is ideal for a family or two couples. Guest access Within a ten-minute walk, all types of shops are accessible. Strolling through the streets that separate us from the Brotteaux train station, you will find many restaurants from all over the world and at all prices (there are even a few gourmet tables) and many small shops. The Cours Vitton or Avenue de Saxe (very commercial arteries) give access to many national brands, all like the imposing Part-Dieu shopping center, which is easily accessible. Also, nearby, you can enjoy the unmissable Tête d'Or park, its free zoo, a boat ride on the lake or a ride in a rosalie to discover it from an original angle. The quays of the Rhône will also give you the opportunity to walk by the water, play sports, or have a drink at the end of the day. Finally, it is usually easy to park in the side street in front of our building, although the spaces are paid...
