Welcome to our beautiful loft located in the heart of old Tbilisi's cultural heritage district, Sololaki. Our recently renovated loft boasts a vintage Georgian style, complete with authentic bricks, wood ceilings, and restored doors. With a panoramic view from the huge balcony, you can enjoy the breathtaking scenery that surrounds you. The space The loft is equipped with all necessary amenities, including a comfortable queen bed with high-quality linen, a spacious wardrobe for longer stays, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for streaming your favorite shows on Netflix. Guest access As a guest, you will have access to the entire apartment which includes the bedroom in mezzanine, bathroom, kitchen, living area and huge balcony. You will have full use of all amenities provided within the apartment, such as high-speed WiFi, a smart TV, and kitchen appliances. With its easily accessible location just 500 meters from the metro station, you can explore nearby attractions like Freedom Square, the Funicular station, Mama Daviti church, Rustaveli Ave, Orbeliani Square, Dzveli Tbilisi (Old City), and popular cafes, restaurants, and the shopping mall "Gallery." Other things to note There may be neighbours cats and dog in the yard. Please be mindful that smoking is only allowed on the terrace, also as the building is old and voice-sensitive, so please take into account the neighbors and avoid making too much noise.
