Parkview Cottage - stroll to town
Parkview Cottage - stroll to town
Description
Welcome to our well appointed private, sunny sleep out with large deck, park views, ensuite bathroom, fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facilities. A short stroll to city hub, bus depot and Trafalgar Centre with a supermarket just down the street. The Airport bus stops just around the corner every 30 minutes, seven days a week. (It stops near Tahunanui Beach on the way too.) Self check-in is offered and often early check-in or late check-out can be arranged. The space Ideal for couples or solo travelers, the cottage offers a superbly comfortable queen sized bed, ensuite bathroom, breakfast nook, dining area and spacious deck, all within an easy stroll to the city center. We have a Countdown supermarket and a Warehouse variety store at the end of the street. Great for business guests or holiday makers alike. (NB: there is no full kitchen - just mini-fridge, microwave, air-fryer, electric jug and toaster so it is suitable for light food preparation only.) Add my listing to your wish-list by clicking the ❤ in the upper-right corner. Guest access Guests have separate access along the side of our house and can self check-in via a key lock box. The cottage is set behind our house at the back of our upward sloping property, so there are some stairs but nothing too serious! Mark is a keen gardener and has created some bee-friendly spots around the cottage. We encourage a slight wilderness aspect to our garden, so you might see lots of dandelions! These are intentionally left there, both for the bees and for my salads! Other things to note Whilst the cottage does not have laundry facilities, we can supply use of our own washing machine and/or dryer for a small fee by arrangement. The Airport bus can be caught just around the corner, half-hourly seven days a week.
