Rental unit in Lee's Summit

Walkout basement apartment with private outside entrance, private queen bedroom, full kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, separate office room (single bed is in the office) , lots of comfortable seating and full private bath. Plenty of natural daylight with full size windows and glass door in the apartment. Please be sure to review our house rules. There are not many, but they are important to adhere to. The space The apartment is private, dedicated for your use during your stay. Kitchen is fully equipped. If you need something, please let us know. The following is shared space: large private backyard, pool available in the summer, comfortable patio area to relax in and an outdoor fire-pit. We would be happy to discuss accommodating one or two children. Quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood. We hope you will find our place warm, comfortable and relaxing. Guest access The entire apartment is yours to enjoy. Our yard is a nice size with a patio, deck and pool area - feel free to relax in these shared spaces at anytime. We also have an outdoor fire pit, let me know if you want to use it and I will provide some wood for you. There is a swing set-playhouse in the back and a rope swing... enjoy! Other things to note Access to the apartment is on the right hand side of our home. You will need to walk down a grassy sloped area of the yard to the apartment door. There is no railing or paved walk, just a short walk in the yard. Our tub/shower is installed 4 inches above the floor tile. Use the hand rail and stool to have an easy entrance and exit. As always, be careful with wet surfaces as they can be slippery. Please… No Smoking in the apartment or on our property. No cigarettes, vaping, pot, etc. This is so we can offer a smoke free offering for our guests who need it due to medical needs.
