Price is for a double room with attached bathroom, with optional A/C, including true Sri Lankan Breakfast. There're three more rooms available. The space Jaya’s is the downstairs part of a newly built nice and unique house with a spacious garden that is surrounded with a lot of colorful flower plants, mandarin, orange, avocado, mango, passion, papaya, breadfruit and coconut trees. These give a natural, cooling shade, as well as coconuts to drink or to cook with. Guest can taste fruits naturally grown in the garden. Also host has setup bio-diversity friendly garden, so that other animals like squirrels, lizards, etc., frequently visits. The rooms are spacious and light and the large shaded terrace is great to have meals or read a book in the evenings. It’s a nice space for guest to relax and chill outs, nice for couples and groups.
