KL Serviced Residences’ facilities include an indoor pool, gym, sauna, and yard. The facilities are open daily (except Monday for maintenance) from 7AM to 7PM. Guest access Registered guests may enjoy the amenities at the property from 7am to 7pm such as gym, pool and sauna, which are open from Tuesday to Sunday only (Amenities are closed during Monday's for maintenance). However, due to the property's central location, noise from nearby construction or unexpected renovations in neighboring units may occur. Additionally, the walls are not fully soundproof, which may result in intermittent noise from the hallway. NO WASHER and NO DRYER but there are laundry shops in the area. WIFI SPEED: 100mbps BED SETUP: 1 Queen Bed, 1 Sofabed AGE REQUIREMENT: Please note that minors are allowed to check-in if they're accompanied by adults (18 yr old above) inside the unit. If guests are all 17 yrs old and below, they will not be allowed to check-in. VISITORS: Only 2 visitors allowed from 9am-11pm. DOCUMENTS NEEDED: Please bring the following upon arrival: 1.
