Up to two pets are allowed at a one-time fee of $35. This can be brought on arrival in cash or check form, or charged via Airbnb. Plenty of grassy outdoor spaces to set up outdoor games or for grilling out and picnics, all while taking in the amazing view! This is self-serve boutique all-suite hotel. There will be a self check-in box out front, and no front desk or office. We will be nearby and available if you need anything. Sitting atop 12 acres of land, mostly wooded hillside. Nestled away from the main road (SR-135) at the beginning of Whippoorwill Lane. The remainder of the lane has a few residential homes down the way, so we ask that you stick to our 12 acres while exploring. Best to have a car so that you can access Nashville (3 miles south), Beanblossom music festivals, Indiana University, the Brown County State Park and other surrounding areas. Free on-site parking for overnight guests, and limited parking available for visiting day guests. There is a seasonal gas fireplace (operational from mid September until mid May), on the ground floor. As we are located on the top of a big hill, please be super cautious of little ones and pets. There are no set trails in the woods. All use of outdoor property will be at your own risk. Do not venture past Treetop property, or down the private lane past our parking lot.
