Just 3 miles north of Nashville Close to shopping, dining, Brown County State Park, and the Music Center Four lodging options on our 11-acre property A small outdoor wedding venue (we never host weddings while guests are staying!) Located on a quiet dead-end road near the Beanblossom Covered Bridge and Overlook Ring cameras faces the parking lot and check-in box for guest and property safety 📍 Distances to Local Attractions Downtown Nashville – 3 miles Brown County State Park (North Entrance) – 6.2 miles Brown County Music Center – 4.8 miles Hard Truth Distillery – 4.5 miles Dollar General – 1.5 miles IGA Grocery – 4.5 miles Bean Blossom Covered Bridge – 0.8 miles Yellowwood State Forest – 12.7 miles Indiana University – 22.6 miles 🚪 Guest Access A welcome message is sent shortly after booking Check-in instructions arrive on the day of your stay Self-check-in between 4–9 PM Plenty of gravel parking (please message us if you plan to bring a trailer or oversized vehicle) 🐾 Pets We love dogs! $35 one-time fee for up to two dogs Keep pets off furniture No unattended pets in the cabin Clean up after your dog (dumpster on south end of property) Pets must stay leashed, other guests share the property We cannot host the following breeds: Pit bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Dobermans (including any mixes of these breeds), as well as wolf hybrids. Pets must remain on leash outside. ℹ️ Other Things to Note No cleaning fees — ever! Ladybugs, flies, bees, and others are seasonal visitors here. We do our best to keep them out, but nature sometimes wins. Check-out is at 11 AM Quiet hours: 9 PM–9 AM (very strict) No parties or day guests without prior approval Our hilltop weather changes quickly — pack accordingly No on-site hiking trails Early check-in/late check-out is usually not possible due to our detailed cleaning process Fast Wi-Fi; Verizon and AT&T have good reception No smoking or vaping indoors — $250 fee if violated I grew up in Brown County and love sharing local tips, so feel free to ask!
