Entry to court yard is a key pad entry and the code will be given to you when you contact me 24 hours before you arrive and then you can arrive at your leisure. The cottage is only a few metres away from the car park all on level ground. Washing machine and dryer in a separate utility room which is shared. Other things to note The cottages are situated I mile from Llanelli town centre and there is a bus stop outside the premises, railway station is 2 miles. Pubs and eating places are within easy walking distance from the cottages.
