La Casa di Claudia is about 90 square meter, its so quiet and so bright. Furnished with attention to detail offers you a typical Tuscany environment. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with sofa bed, kitchen and a nice garden. The kitchen leads to an outdoor space furnished with table and chairs for lunch and dinner open air! La Casa di Claudia is located in a quiet street surrounded by greenery. Free parking in the streets by the house. The space La Casa di Claudia has been recently renovated. The two rooms are equipped with king size double beds with hypoallergenic mattresses and pillows. Bed linen and towels included. In the bathroom you will have a small courtesy set with shampoo, soap and shower caps. Hairdryer available. The house has a dishwasher and washing machine. Each bed has 4 pillows and its own wall socket and reading light bulb. Guest access The house, the garden and the outdoor space are for exclusive use of the guests.
