Quiet Loft at Enerhaugen

Simple and peaceful accommodation with a central location in a dead end street. Short distance to Botanical Garden and city center. 5 min to bus and track. 15 min walk to city center. Consists of a room with a simple kitchen, dining table and sofa bed as well as an annex. There is a double bed (140cm). There are some sloping ceilings in the apartment so it's an advantage to be low ;-) I live next door to my wife and am available for questions if needed. The space Lovely central location. Short way to everything while being quiet. Guest access Entire apartment. One can and use the backyard. There is a climbing wall for children just around the corner. Other things to note There is an emergency door in the apartment that is not used unless there is an emergency. There will be a claim if the seal is broken without documenting an emergency. Please remember to close the ceiling hatches when going out so it doesn't rain in. The heating cables on the floor should not be set too high, as the floor may burst up.
