The space Seminyak Beach Luxury Villa has 4 Queen Bedrooms + 2 tipple rooms. 6 ensuites. extra wc, bar, private chef, butler - the works. Stylish and professionally decorated with luxurious furnishings, beautiful garden, bar, bbq & extra large pool perfect for doing laps. Our chef makes the best churros so we have set up a churros bike in the garden for complimentary afternoon teas - sweet, warm and crispy handmade cinnamon and brown sugar churros. OMG - to die for... Sleeping Arrangements.. Upstairs we have the front two master suites with their own private ensuite bathrooms and terrace. One of them has a bathtub. Both have king size beds size 180 x 200 imported mattresses with beautiful linen and decor and of course air conditioning. Behind those we have 2 more queen master bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms both with queen beds 160 x 200 imported mattresses and air conditioning of course and a beautiful daybed / reading area overlooking the pool. Downstairs there are another 2 air conditioned bedrooms with ensuites each sleeping up to 3 people with a single bed and set of bunk beds in each - ideal for teenagers. In total the villa can sleep 14 people in 10 separate beds. We have a 10 seat dining table plus a breakfast bench with extra stools. Our pool side bar has its own bar fridge and cocktail utensils so you can enjoy your duty free alcohol. We have an ipod docking station, unlimited wifi and cable tv in the living room. Outside you can take in some sun on the sofa or sunbeds or do laps in our 15 meter pool. Seminyak Beach Luxury Villa Staff.. The villa has a manager (saridewi) plus 2 dedicated and hardworking loyal staff (housekeeper / butler and a private chef) who will lovingly take care of all your holiday needs and quietly clean the villa and prepare meals for you. Breakfast daily is included in the tariff and you can ask the chef to prepare you lunch OR dinner with ingredients at your own expense. He will shop for the produce as per your requests or by his suggestions and give you receipts. He can offer menu samples for your perusal. Please understand he does not work breakfast, lunch and dinner - just breakfast then lunch OR dinner. Sunday is our chef and butlers day off - no staff or breakfast on Sunday. We provide complimentary coffee, tea and mineral water for your consumption. Please we ask that u dont use single use plastic bags and bottles which are a huge problem for the Bali eco system. We provide eco friendly shopping bags and refillable water bottles. Location Location Location.. Cocoon is a mere 2 min walk along the beach, Kudeta not more than 5 mins and Potato Head / The W an easy 10 min walk along the beach. The location really is unbeatable being one of the closest villas to the beach in Seminyak but still so very quiet and safe tucked away in a small no thoroughfare lane way with regular security patrol.
