Smiths beach is the next beach along, again with amazing surf and beautiful walks. You can learn to surf here and surf schools operate all through all the school holidays. Two loop walks from the house are fun as well. Ngilgi cave is 15minutes walk away and has impressive stalactites and stalagmites. Up the "ghost trail" is the Caves House hotel about 10-minutes walk away, with beautiful gardens, open fires, bar, live music every night and several eating spaces, pool and snooker in a wonderful old colonial style hotel. A short drive away is the small town of Dunsborough with cafes, restaurants and sheltered swimming beachs. Summer time sees loads of activities in the region from high ropes courses, jet boats, bush tucker tours while winter time has whale watching and fine dining. Dolphins are present all year round and are often seen while surfing or walking. There is always something to do or see here, winter or summer but the house is also an amazing cozy place to relax with two televisions in two living spaces, board games and jigsaws. Its fully heated in winter and air-conditioned for summer, or open the doors, let the sea breeze through and use the ceiling fans in every room. For long holidays or short breaks this is one of the most sought after locations in the South West. Guest access The villa is set on a strata block. There is parking in front of the villa and in designated parking bays.
