The space Our house is on a car-free, quiet residential street. The location is ideal for a weekend treat - a perfect hideaway, or a central base for business travellers visiting Bristol or Bath for conferences. The guest suite is clean and has new fixtures, fittings and amenities. It's spacious and airy, with tripe-glazed windows, and contemporary wooden Scandinavian furniture throughout. Light, bright and pleasant during spring and summer yet cosy, warm and snug during autumn and winter. There’s a hot drinks station (with a range of caffeinated and decaf teas, freshly ground coffee, milk & sugar) in the guest room. There is fibre optic Wi-Fi, multiple power points and extension cables, SONOS sound system with integrated Alexa voice controls. If you have the SONOS app, you can access all your own music on Spotify etc. Sony 4K HD 49" TV with SKY (inc. sports) and Netflix. *Please note this listing is NOT SUITABLE for back-packers or Long Haul Travellers as we do not provide kitchen facilities & there isn’t space to accommodate large suitcases* Guest access The guest suite accommodates one or two people – it has modern decor, is centrally heated and very cosy. Bed linen and high quality 100% Egyptian cotton bath towels are provided. The double bed is comfortable and comes with four pillows. There is a large bay window seat with lots of plump cushions - which is ideal for reading, or looking out towards the park as the sun rises. There is a chest of drawers for storing clothing, clothes hangers behind the door and a 2 bedside tables with drawers and reading lamps. Guests enjoy their own private bathroom adjacent to the bedroom, with heated towel rail, mirrors and bath/shower facilities. Some complementary toiletries are included inc. hand soap, shower gel, shampoo & cotton buds. Additional Amenities: Use of large south-facing garden, including bench and outdoor furniture. During your stay We are live-in hosts, so we like to meet guests but understand that in a post C-19 world, you may want to self check-in, which is absolutely fine. We are available for any questions or queries you may have whilst staying with us. We ask that you respect our house rules and treat the guest suite and its contents with care and consideration. Any breakages or damage to linen must be paid for. We do not offer kitchen or cooking facilities to guests, but provide a guide for great places to eat in the area. We provide a light Continental breakfast which consists of; fresh croissants, cereals, orange juice, fruits and yoghurt. Breakfast is served between 6:00 am - 9:00 am. Please book in a specific time with Holly when you book or on arrival. Other things to note Self check-in is available - simply request the code for the key lock box at the entrance of the property.
