Le Playras: charming barn, panoramic view

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know! The space This old barn, tastefully renovated, is cozy, comfortable, south-facing, combining all the comforts of modern and the charm of the old: old beams, exposed stones, old tiles and old reclaimed wood… The services are top of the range! On the ground floor, the living room is equipped with a sofa bed (comfortable 140 cm mattress) in which you can spend your autumn or winter evenings in front of the wood stove (wood provided at will!). The kitchen, finished in old wood, is equipped with the most modern amenities: fridge/small freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, induction stove, toaster, classic and NESPRESSO coffee makers, combined oven, fondue and raclette machines, which are very pleasant in winter, Wi-Fi, TV... The living room is extended by a pretty ground floor terrace where you can enjoy meals or lounge on deckchairs while listening to the sound of the river coming up from the bottom of the valley. Quiet, nature and healing assured :)! The barn overlooks an extremely quiet pedestrian alley. Upstairs, the bedroom is decorated in the style of the Arabian Nights: old beams, Céline Wright lighting, panoramic artist's studio-style canopy allowing you to contemplate the stars and mountains from your bed! Heaven is not far away :) The spotlights are dimmable to allow you to create a romantic and cozy atmosphere if you wish... New 160 cm bedding (which can be separated if necessary into 2 single beds). The bathroom and toilet with mountain views also located upstairs also have their own charm! From the bedroom, you can access a "secret" terrace overlooking the rooftops of the hamlet where you will be "alone in the world"! Depending on your mood, you can have an aperitif, breakfast or isolate yourself to nap or meditate facing the mountains! The house can therefore accommodate 4 people, 2 of whom can sleep on the sofa bed on the ground floor. It should be noted that the ground floor and the upper floor constitute a single non-isolated space. You can check in anytime after 4pm (the key is available in a lock box) and checkout is before 11am. Guest access You will be the only users of the entire accommodation as well as the 2 terraces.
