Second bedroom also with a queen bed. Flat screen TV, wifi, AppleTV with YouTube TV (cable) and Netflix. Lost AppleTV remote will be $300 fee. Fully stocked Kitchen with gas stove, water filter, traditional Coffee Maker, dishwasher, and microwave. Bathroom features a spacious tile shower. You will have the apartment to yourself. Both apartments have their own exterior door. Your apartments door is in the backyard (upstairs apartments door is in the front). So if you encounter other guests it will be in the shared yard or the parking spaces in the alley. I live in the unit when it's not rented and am always available by phone and can be at the unit within an hour as needed. My place is located in Victorian Village, a historic neighborhood located in the heart of The Short North Art District. The Short North is known for it's restaurants, art galleries, shopping, bars, and vibrant nightlife! Centrally located just north of Downtown and just south of The Ohio State University campus. Parking at my place includes one off-street parking spot, located in the alley. Street parking requires a residential permit/is a "pay-to-park"zone. I do have one free guest street parking pass available but would need the cars license plate and state in order to log it into the parking zone website prior to check-in. Bird and Lime Scooters are typically available at all hours in the Short North. Also there are a number of public parking garages located throughout the Short North on and around High Street.
