Precious and stylish South Austin bungalow with an enormous back yard shaded by giant oaks! Relaxing living room and proper dining room. Memory foam king bed in Master and 2 full-sized bathrooms. Full-sized kitchen fully stocked for cooking. Separate laundry room. Close to downtown and very close to the famous South Congress. Easy and safe walk to all the highlights of SoCo. A sweet garden greets you in front, a spacious, fenced in, dog safe yard in the back. Our bedroom is airy and fills with lovely morning light, though the blackout curtains make it a great nest as well, with a king memory foam mattress and a lot of extra space for luggage. It has direct access to the aqua bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second blue bathroom has the tub. The whole property is peaceful and private, with behind-the-gate parking on site. I have my studio and office in an upstairs unit accessible only from an outdoor staircase on the back of our home.
