Happy Home

A lovely victorian home in leafy Oxton, 10 minutes away from Liverpool city centre by car, 5 minute walk for the Liverpool bus or 15min walk to the liverpool loop where a train arrives every 5minutes. Or you could get the bus down to the famous ferry across the mersey. There is a single bed guest room. There is also the lounge area with a couch that turns into a double bed. Parking permits are not needed to park on the street outside. The space I have lived in this house for 20 years. It is a happy family home, I have bought 2 generations of children up in this home, it is filled with happy memories. All that visit or stay leave feeling refreshed and re-charged. I like my Air bnb guests to feel at home with a real home from home experience, as if they have come to stay at a distant relatives home. You will have use of the bathroom, kitchen, lounge and large dining room too. Please note this is a family home, well lived in. I live here with my two teenage children and two cats and a dog. Guest access There is a backyard, lovely and lush with greenery, bistro table and chairs, guests can sit out there. A place to sit and smoke if you are a smoker. It is lovely in the evening with twinkle lights. Front garden is a little suntrap. Guests have access to the house excluding mine, my sons and my daughters bedrooms. Although, there are times when my son's room can be used and i have put pictures of his room that can sleep upto 3 guests. So in all i could accomodate upto 6 guests on certain dates, please message me if you require this. Thankyou During your stay Guests can always contact me either through this air bnb app, or through my mobile which I will pass on once a guest is booked. Most of the time I will be staying in the home too, I am social and friendly, also, with the complete understanding of everyone needing space and privacy. Will always give advice on local information if needed too. Other things to note I can provide breakfast if required for an additional fee of £7 pp or £8.50pp for cooked breakfasts. There will be cereals, milk, oat milk and fresh fruit juice. I can cook a vegan, veggie or sausage and bacon breakfast. Vegan being my speciality. All my food is locally sourced, free range and mostly organic. Please give me notice if you require this so i can ensure I have the ingredients in.
