The space The Vagabond's House is a spacious, comfortable vintage style two bedroom bungalow apartment located on a large beach property (Three (3) unit building-each private). Short walk to quiet beach that does not allow vehicles. Just 3 blocks to Publix Grocery, The Vilano Town Center, Beaches at Vilano, Pesca's with roof top bar and several other dining establishments and take out. Beach gear , chairs, cart, cooler, umbrella provided. Pickleball, tennis & basketball courts just three blocks. Huge Property totally fenced, w/gardens& seating areas. Serene setting in a busy neighborhood. Large 1940's bungalow lovingly kept beach home with three apartments. All units are private with private entrances. Perfect for couples, two friends or Flagler College parents and their student. This unit is not suitable for children, bachelorette or wedding groups. To insure quiet, security, and privacy of other guests & owners: ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED ON THE PROERTY AT ANYTIME. The Vagabond's House is private unit with your own gate, entrance and parking. Two outdoor areas set up for relaxing, sun and dining. Both bedrooms have private baths. The Vagabond has one (1) parking spot. A second is available if requested in advance of your stay. Host lives on property family live in next door homes in this friendly, eclectic, social beach side neighborhood. To accommodate our many couple visitors, honeymooners, babymooners , anniversary celebrators, etc., that love the Vagabond's, our nightly rates is based on max two (2) guests. Non walking babies are welcome and not counted as guest. *This is a family property with occupancy restricted to (2) people per unit *NO OUTSIDE GUESTS. *one (1) standard sized vehicle per unit unless second approved prior to booking. *Non walking babies are very welcome and do not count as a third guest To keep the serene nature of the property as well as the comfort of other residents on the property, our rules are strictly enforced and can result in immediate termination of the reservation! Please carefully read rules BEFORE YOU BOOK to ensure good fit! We want only happy guests who are in agreement with our rules. Please note that only registered guests allowed on property at any time. No non registered visitors to the property. No parties, loud noise or music that can be heard outside of your walls. I am happy to assist you with anything that would make your stay comfortable and memorable. Guest access East side courtyard patio and west side covered deck. Decks over look our lush every changing garden that is a welcoming surprise to all of our guests. We use native plants, tropicals and succulents. The garden blooms in almost every season. Perfect spot for breakfast, sunning, or morning coffee. Gardeners love the property. Beach chairs, beach towel, rolling cart, cooler and umbrellas standard however we have lots if beach gear. for your beach days. Ask us before you haul something big to Florida. We may have one and are happy to have it available for your stay. Full kitchen with all the basic cooking essentials and gas stove. Entire property fenced/gated Friendly walkable beachside neighborhood. There is a very busy store/gas station nest door but property has bamboo and 12ft fencing. Most guests love having it next door for coffee, beer, wine and snacks. it's very convenient. Our wish is to have quiet guests that respect the other guests on property well as our family. We have strict quiet hours from 10p to 9:30am. We do not allow non registered guests any where on property at any time for any reason. This is for the protection, safety and comfort of our guests as well as our family. We waive this on occasion with permission in advance of the visit. We cannot allow non registered children on property. Violations will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation. We do not accept pets, We do no allow smoking inside, on the deck and certain outdoor areas however there are areas for polite smokers. in your courtyard Other things to note We have a local convenience store next door that can generate noise but we are screened/fenced. Our guests mostly love it to shop for food, snacks, coffee. The beach is super close less than 400 feet, however you do have to cross A1A. The street is paved all the way to the path for easy walking. The access is limited to just people who live in this neighborhood and thus the beach is very quiet. The property is perfect for a couple or two guests needing their own rooms and baths. This is best to preserve the quiet ambiance of the property rather than the typical noisy vacation rental. All parking is assigned. Do not park any place except for your assigned space(s) or your car may be subject to tow. Any person other than the registered guest must be approved in advance to enter the property. There is another apartment on property, the SeaGlass and an apartment where family member resides, the spaces are private and self contained however everyone has access to the amazing grounds and bamboo courtyard The Vagabond's House is not suitable for party guests as it can affect the comfort of our other guests!
