This beautiful family house is located in the cozy village heart of Bloemendaal. The forest is around the corner, the beach is 15 minutes away and Amsterdam is a 30-minute journey away. There are many hiking/ biking opportunities in the region. The village offers all facilities such as a supermarket, ice cream parlour, bike rental, small shops and many restaurants and a brown café. The city of Haarlem is within cycling distance and the train station is less than a 10-minute walk away. The space The house has 4 floors: a cool basement with 1 double bedroom and private bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen with dining table, bar and patio. On the 2nd floor is the living room with lounge sofa, fireplace and TV. On the 2nd floor are 2 bedrooms with 1 bedroom with king-size double bed and 1 bedroom with double bed and a shared bathroom with shower. Guest access Train station is 8 min walk, Haarlem is 10 min bike, Amsterdam is 23 minutes by train, the beach is 15 min bike. Free parking around the corner in the Potgieterstraat. Other things to note It is an old house with high ceilings, so the stairs to the living rooms and bedrooms are a bit longer than normal. The third bedroom with double bed is downstairs in the basement, which is connected by a small staircase.
