Description

This is a rustic old kiwi home. We are 5 minutes walk away from the Kingsland village filled with bustling cafes, shops and outstanding restaurants. Transports easy as there are train and bus routes just 20 mins commute from town and walkable. This is one medium character room with a double bed for two and a shared bathroom with other guests. It’s an old classic kiwi family home not modern but cosy. We do not provide breakfast but we do have a huge selection of tea and coffee. The space There is a shared open plan lounge, kitchen and shared bathroom fitted with a double shower and laundry. There is a conservatory, and both a inside and outside dining area. Guest access All shared spaces are accessible, lounge, conservatory, inside dining, outside dining, bathroom with shower, laundry (washing machine & dryer). During your stay I am in and out and very sociable but also happy to guide you on local attractions or to simply leave you to do your own thing. Other things to note The garden and cottage is very private, other properties cannot see in. There are lots of spaces to use depending on the weather, the garden, the deck, the conservatory, the shared lounge. There is a TV with Netflix or wifi in the lounge as we prefer a more creative way of life.
