Amazing outdoor spaces! Relax in the hot tub, cookout on the grill, or sit beside the fire pit all while enjoying the mountain views! Take your pets to the nearby hiking trails or let them run in the fenced backyard. The house is the best of both worlds! It feels secluded but has all the amenities you need. Work from "home" confidently with reliable high-speed internet and remote-working areas. Prepare dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. Relax in the steam shower or hot tub. You will have access to the entire home! Located in the Aspen Park neighborhood of Conifer, you will be close to 285 and a very short drive (even within walking distance) to a grocery store and several restaurants. All the while being secluded on almost four acres on the side of Legault Mountain! Enjoy neighborhood favorite restaurant JJ Madwells as well as several others that are all very close. There is a bus stop nearby that can take you into Denver although it is about a 45min ride. Plenty of parking space is available on the property and having your own vehicle is highly recommended. While we do allow for up to 12 guests to stay in the house, there are only enough beds for about 9 people. The additional guests will need to sleep on air mattresses that are provided or couches. Additional pillows and sheets are also available.
