Modern studio apartment in quiet road close to Oval Tube that sleeps 2 adults and 2 children (sorry max 2 adults unless children staying with 1 or 2 parents). Living area converts into a sleeping area with a king size bed and bunks. Oval underground station (Northern Line) is 1.3 km away. Northern line takes you to Central London in 9 minutes or less. Bus stop 300m away - 3 stops to Oval Tube or 30 mins to Buckingham Palace. The space New fitted kitchen, bathroom and clever wallbed furniture means the flat maximises the available space. The kitchen includes an oven, hob and microwave if you want to prepare your own meals. The living area has a dining table that can be stored to increase floor space, large wardrobes for storage and a separate desk area for working at. The main pull down bed is king-sized, and there is a smart TV equipped with Netflix and other streaming apps to keep you entertained. Guest access You will have the entire property to yourself. Other things to note The price of the booking includes the king size bed being set-up for guest use together with two sets of towels. If the booking is for three or four people the cost also includes single bed set-up and towels for each additional person. If you want single occupancy of the double bed (e.g. a booking for two having an extra single bed set-up, or a booking for three having two single beds set-up instead of the usual one), an extra charge of £15 is payable for the additional laundry. The furniture is straightforward to convert into beds, but some height and strength is needed when pulling the beds down (though if it is too difficult to do this probably means you should call for help!). The furniture is converted into bed(s) for your arrival since most guests intend to only use the flat for sleeping. Please ensure the main dining table is down (i.e. parallel to the ground) before you try and lower the main wall bed. The last time a cleaner tried to lower the bed with the table stored in the upright position against the bed panel, the bill came to over £1000. AS NOTED ABOVE, BOOKINGS OF MORE THAN 2 ADULTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS IT IS OLDER CHILDREN TRAVELLING WITH PARENTS, AND INSTANT BOOKINGS FOR 3+ ADULTS WILL BE DECLINED. EXCESSIVE NOISE AFTER 11 PM AND OTHER ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR CANNOT BE TOLERATED FOR THE SAKE OF MY NEIGHBOURS FOLLOWING COMPLAINTS IN THE PAST. IF YOU ARE MAINLY COMING TO LONDON FOR NIGHTLIFE PROBABLY BETTER TO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.
